The DormProject system is rented to hostels. The rental fee includes support by phone and e-mail.

There are 2 price plans available:

With the traditional price plan the hostel pays the given amount per month and gets the maximum flexibility to arrange the booking system on their own website (DormOnline).
Base Licence fee starting from EUR 66.-

This priceplan includes a booking fee for online bookings made on DormOnline. This booking fee is taken from the Credit Card of the guest at booking time.
Base Licence starting from EUR 0.-

The "Base licence" includes the following:

• Reception / backoffice system DormBook
• Online reservation DormOnline
• Direct interface to Gomio (no need to handle allocations)
• Central database on Internet Server (including live updated backup server)
• Report utility
• Configuration utility
• Support by phone and e-mail

The DormBook software can be installed on any number of pc's. With the "Base licence" you are limited to one concurrent use of the system. If you want to use the system from different pc's at the same time, you need to purchase additional licences.

Setup fee: EUR 200.-

New Hostels need to pay for 6 months in advance (unrefundable), after this 6 month a contract can be canceled to the end of each month with a notice periode of 3 month.

All prices are per month, payable in advance. For Switzerland prices are excluding VAT (7.6%). All other countries VAT free.

If one of the interfaces fails to function correctly for more than 5 days within one month and compensation is required to be provided to hostels then it can not exceed the amount the hostel paid for in advance. Only a maximum of one month compensation is refundable if the hostel chooses to continue to use DormProject

For hostels using the Booking fee price plan:
The booking fee has to be included in the prices which are defined in DormProject.
DormOnline (the online booking engine) has to be placed on the homepage of the Hostel
