The DormProject system is rented to hostels. The rental fee includes support by phone and e-mail.

Setup fee: CHF 300.00

This Booking fee is in the main currency of the hostel and has a value between CHF 1.50 and CHF 3.00 depending on the currency excange rate. The booking fee has to be included in the prices which are defined in DormProject.

Refund of 18.75 CHF if 75 or more bookings with booking fee.
Refund of additional 18.75 CHF if 150 or more bookings with booking fee (total 37.50 CHF)
Refund of additional 37.50 CHF if 300 or more bookings with booking fee (total 75.00 CHF)
Refund of additional 37.50 CHF if 450 or more bookings with booking fee (total 112.50 CHF)
Refund of additional 37.50 CHF if 600 or more bookings with booking fee (total 150.00 CHF)
Total Refund per hostel can not be higher than the monthly costs.

Due to the free support we offer our clients (during office hours) the minimum monthly charge before refund is CHF 150.00.

All prices are per month, payable in advance. For Switzerland prices are excluding VAT (8 %). All other countries VAT free.

The "Base licence" includes the following:

• Reception / backoffice system DormBook
• Online reservation DormOnline
• Direct interface to Gomio (no need to handle allocations)
• Central database on Internet Server (including live updated backup server)
• Report utility
• Configuration utility
• Support by phone and e-mail

The DormBook software can be installed on any number of pc's. With the "Base licence" you are limited to one concurrent use of the system. If you want to use the system from different pc's at the same time, you need to purchase additional licences.
